Xrumer is probably the best , Problem free software.

I think it partly depends on your budget.
SENuke can be quite effective if you know what you are doing and the correct way to set up linking structures, but it's significantly more expensive than the others.
Xrumer is nice too, but you can't go on blasting hundreds of thousands of links to sites anymore. SEO has changed.
All the tools are helpful in their own ways, but do possess a learning curve.

Among these, I always prefer Xrumer as a best tool. You can try with this. I am sure you will be benefited also.

There are a lot of alternatives floating around here, but in the end, you get what you pay for.
