Best SEO Strategy Nowadays

Hi fellow blackhatters, what do you think about the best strategy in doing SEO nowadays? I mean, what are the complete Tier 1 and Tier 2 that usually really work? And how many of them that I should build, say for medium competition ? For example, for Tier 1 build web 2.0 but how many of them? PBN?

I've read a lot of thread here about this, but couldn't get the conclusion I need because it seems so different between those strategy...

Please enlighten me...

Well there is no such big strategy for SEO, it is about to you that how you are going to present your site to the user in a smart way.
In SEO many task are there which is very important for any SEO, which can help in boosting your site ranking. So, it's better to focus on doing all the SEO task whether it is Tier1 or Tier2 in a proper manner.. from which you can provide an exact information to the users with the help of your natural links and niche wise keyword usage.

I only prefer quality and authority backlinks which generate Authority to my site ----> Rankings -----> Traffic -----> Sales ----> Money.

Keep on building quality links, and side by side do create PBN link and web 2.0 links.
PBN better create your own which gives you full control and less chance of getting caught. popular PBN services are cracked by google time and again so just stay away from it.
