Best SEO stratagy - question

Hey!

I love this forum, I have learn a lot!

But still have many questions.

I am thinking of best stratagy to build backlinks but cant decide which one would be the best option. I have in minde this:

1. Create WEB2.0 properties (squidoo like), and some blogs with article or two for selected keywords (blogger,blog.com...) and make a linkwheel of them.
2. SocailBookmarking MAIN page, and WEB2.0 properties and blogs.
3. Blog commenting for MAIN page link
4. Blog commenting for WEB2.0 properties and blogs links
5. RSS submitting backlinks (blog comments, properties, bookmarks, blogs,...)
6. StatBlaster pinging MAIN page, blogs, web2.0 properties

Should I bookmark blogs, main page,... more than once? How many times a month? Each week?

My goal is just getting better SERPs, not driving traffic to the page.

What do you think about my strategy?

for me if I'm to be asked,

Random and unpredictability gets most of my sites ranking.

Yes have a plan but just let it go so random that even you gets confuse, trust me this works best.

It may sound funny but you'll thank me sooner or later.

bookmark= bookmarkwizard
forums= xrumer,
blogs commenting= scrapebox
linkfarmevolution

and you do not need more than this in order to have good serps

Your plan sounds like a good start.

I would recommend that you space out your submissions, be "random" as xbox360gurl70s said.

It's all about appearing natural since the more natural you appear, the easier it is to fly under the radar.

is xrumer a good option ?? i have read at many places that google penalises when the site gets lots of links SUDDENLY... so i think xrumer... but slowly that should be done.
