What is the best SEO software that you are able to train to post to web 2.0's and article directories?

Xrumer is about the best altogether. But for just training Ubot and Zenno are by far the best.
Applications that have "script your own sites" modules like MS and Scrapebox (yes - scrapebox has one - has had one for years) are pretty underwhelming and underpowered.

I'm betting 50% of those that end up buying Ubot and Zenno bought them due to getting frustrated with the limitations of the ones that come bundled with specialist link building tools (I know I did - ran up against massive limitations that prevented me doing what I wanted to do within about a day of using them)

Zenno and Ubit can do LOADS of things (I've said it before - the most asinine thing you can do is copy the link building capabilities of tools that already exist - a collosal time sink in the long run - for next to no benefit - keeping scripts up to date constantly when professionally supported applications cost under $50 a month - only do this if you value your time at under a dollar an hour)

But chat bots, email scrapers, forum post/profile builders, CL stuff[ahem],site snoopers, visitor bots... you name it. Zenno and UBot can do it.

Being the 1000th person to write a script to sign up to Wordpress.com or Twitter or wherever, only to realise your script needs updating every frikking week when they change the site is a collosal waste of time and shows serious lack of imagination.
