What is currently the best software for Tier 1s? And don't say manual because I'm looking for software :)

I use WordAI for content on my Tier 1s, but I'm looking for something that will speed up the process of creating the links. I have GSA and I use it for Tier 2 and Tier 3.

I've been looking at Licorne AIO, is that a good software or is there one better than it right now?

What's wrong with GSA to not be used for Tier 1 Link Building?

I would advice to use lincorne on tier 2, or use it only as a combination to provide a diverse backlinking profile.
The software lacks quality tier 1 websites, since the cost to update those wouldn't justify the low price that lincorne has, don't get me wrong it's a good peace of software, it just depends on what you plan to use it.
And yes you will get allot of replies to create manual on tier 1.
I advice you get zenoposter and automate your own, or buy a package for web 2.0 only there are a few good ones in they're marketplace.

I've heard it isn't great for Tier 1 links. I suppose it's all about the content you use though.. do people commonly use it for Tier 1s? I've only heard of it being used for Tiers 2 and 3.

Come on.. that's like asking, "What's the best way to burn fat.. but don't say exercise, because I'm looking for a magic pill". It doesn't matter if you want to do manual or not - the fact is, if you want real results that will last longer than a couple of weeks, you need decent links.

I was more looking for a way to speed up the whole manual process of building links, but I'll take what I can get I guess.

Odesk or another freelance site (odesk is what I use). Post up a job for getting content created. Once content is created, post up another gig for getting the tier 1's created. Yeah you'll have to do some work in terms of writing up guidelines, but that'll also make things a lot more thought out and will avoid any mistakes. Once you find a good provider for content and creation of the tier 1's, you can always reuse them.

For Tier1 i found LIAO having low success rate thus Magic Submitter / Rank WYZ / Money Robot Submitter shall be good options for tier1.

I would use a backlink checker (for example this one http://www.link-assistant.com/seo-spyglass/) to see what backlinks are pointing directly to the websites of your top ranking competitors, and would take it from there. It's not a fully automated way to build links, but it's not 100% manual either.

The best solution to tier 1 is manual process, is more secure and you go certify of the quality of the links.
