best SEO service?

Im stumped between 2 SEO services. One being blackhat and one being whitehat. I am purchasing a site from authority rover and need to find the seo service i want to use one i have the site.
I am not neccesarilly looking for immidiate results, but more for longterm consistant results. I am going to make a 1 year goal to make a steady no work needed 100$ a day. I am looking to invest approx 400-500$ initially, then maybe invest some of the profits into more SEO services.

The 2 services I am stumped between are
Magic Rank SEO (Blackhat )
and
AuraRank (Whitehat )

What is best in the long run for steady results.

Appreciate it. I will definitely look into this. Looks really promising. I just have 10 urls with 1-2 keywords each and I dont know how far ill give with 180$ per 1-2 URLS lol. Ill look into it though.
