Looking to get the best SEO package possible from BHW. Need to get to the top of google for a local dentist's website in a medium sized city. If I need a combo of packages, please let me know. As far as I know, dentist said not much/maybe anything has been done in terms of SEO for his site so far in terms of offsite.

@corndog34 - Perhaps you like to create a thread inside of the hire a freelancer section since sellers aren't allowed to advertise their services here. Unless you are basically just looking for recommendations, then no worries. Depending on the site age you could start with a combination of Diversity/PBNs/Guest posting services. Make sure to drip-feed the links to not raise any red flags.

Just looking for recommendations @Finn. Since This is for a professional business (local dentist office), I've gotten recommendation from @LukaB to not go with any dripfeeding PBN/Greyhat services.
I've done some keyword research, but not extensive. I've also done a good amount of on-page optimization. You can pm for the website if you want to take a look.

I'm glad that you asked here before taking action! Actually you can get your clients site in real trouble by buying the wrong link packages. There are a lot of BSOs that might help ranking in the short term and a bunch of quality ones that are applicable to money sites but like i mentioned. Don't buy anything if you don't have a clue. Your client might even sue your for getting his site penalized depending on your contract/country you live in.
How much seo has been done to his page? Have you checked the backlink profile of your client's website?

post once a day on a quality site, get some related comments,
don't spam, try to guest post for 50$~150$ on quality sites. keep it real,
Some say "Social Signals" are the key, i can assure you its a high stake, so be caution where you post, and who you pay for!.
*if you are going to post on some big "Facebook Page" make sure to check the engagements, if the page is dead, but have 100k/300k and low engagement rates your link will lose ranking and get penalized for that!.
Get Seoprofiler,Semrush, or whatever is comfy for you, and start monitoring your own campaigns! don't let spam ruin your biz!

Alright, in that case, you like to stick with "Whitehat" link building strategies such as Guest Posts / Blogger Outreach services. As for the PBNs, I meant to build your own private blog network instead of buying links from the marketplace since the budget you mentioned is somehow high. However, in your case, it may be a better approach to making things slow and as natural as possible.
Sure, I am happy to take a quick look at your site to see the current status and optimization level. If I see anything which can be improved I will give you some basic advice. sorry - im new to SEO - can you elaborate on this? Why would you make 10 listings for 1 business?
What are your thoughts on @LukaB's recommendation to avoid PBNs for this particular case? Are they unsafe - will they possibly lead to my website getting deindexed if I be from reputable sellers such as @roman375 @Jay Yadav etc.?

@corndog34 - Well, first of all, you have to know that PBN links which are being offered inside of the marketplace are mostly public blog networks because the seller accepts different projects on them. Purchasing those is only recommended if you know exactly what you are doing. However, to say it is unsafe and will lead to direct de-indexation is not correct in my opinion as I am having hundreds of clients who purchase PBN links and they receive stellar results, also on the long-term. Still, in your particular case and with your current knowledge, I would avoid them for this very project as there is always a small risk involved when running aggressive link building campaigns.
There is also the possibility to build your own Private Blog Network, which is way more cost-intensive since you will have to get all of the domains and host them yourself. But only with this measure, it is guaranteed that you are having full control over your network and links since your client site would be the only outgoing link on these blogs, which makes it a real private network, if done correctly.
As we have already spoken about your clients URL in private, I would focus on getting your on-page SEO optimization on spot first, following my recommendations. Afterward, you can slowly begin to build natural looking links such as Blogger Outreach / Guest posts for example. To summarize it: Don't rush into any services before your site is not fully optimized for its keywords and stick with natural looking links such as Guest Posts for this project.

@LukaB has offered you some good advice here. PBNs may not be the safest option, whereas a less aggressive seo campaign might take longer, but if done right may prove to be a safer option.
Is the client aware what PBNs are and is aware of the possible risks of using them direct to the site?
