As for the automation of social bookmarks and linkbuilding process, using tools while doing these may harm your rankings.
That's why I absolutely agree with the previous commentators that now it's a way more safe to go for manual linkbuilding.
As for keyword tracking, there are a plenty of desktop and online tools available.

Is there anyway to use tools like these to simulate "manual SEO"?
My vote goes to three tools Magic Submitter, Article Kevo and Money Robot Submitter. Regarding rank tracking serpfox so far i know offers upto 10 keywords rank tracking freeCan someone recommend me a good marketing tool, which automates your link building process, social bookmarks, and keyword tracking?
