I recommend SemRush and Ahrefs both are great keyword research tools.

According to my experience Google Keyword Planner tool is the best to find low-competition keywords and rank high easily on any search website platform, try only one Google keyword planner tool there are many options for finding the best keyword like Semrush and ubersuggest.
 
Cheaper alternative of all is Ubersuggest, but it lack tools you have with Ahref or others.
 
Ahrefs and semrush works fine..ahrefs is cheaper than semrush and when things come to keyword research ahrefs data base and difficulty accuracy is god. No matter what make sure to use the brain for final decision and don't depend on keyword difficulty scores much
 
I know of Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, Ubbersuggest, KeywordFinder, but personally like Semrush among them.
