I've tried scrapeboxsenukevps [dot] com/dedicatedservers but they took a week to setup and charged three extra charges of $1.38 then said that they didn't know where the extra charges were from then my server seemed to be just a VPS instead of a full dedicated server. Where is the best place to get a dedicated server running all the top SEO server pre-loaded. Also how do these hosting companies afford to include the licenses for the software for apparently no extra charge?
