The wizard in senukex leaves footprints, try not to use it. Just make a basic link pyramid with lots of optimized blogs and unique articles on them (make your own blog networks). Then blast the shit out of them.

I create my own templates that utilize contextual links as much as possible. I embed my links into the articles.
I use mostly social networks, article directories, and web 2.0s as the main tier.
I don't waste too much time adding other tiers. Maybe a couple of social bookmarks. Whenever the campaign is over, I blast all the links with a 100k Scrapebox Blast to help indexation.
