I must admit, CCBill is great with support, live chat, works well, but the fees are extortionate.

I calculated it with woocommerce, and they must've deposited 60% of what I've earned this month, which is ridiculous.

I've emailed them to see if they can lower my fees, but no reply yet.

Depends on what you're selling, which category of product/service do you sell?

Are you sure aren't security deposits, that you will receive on the next payment?
Code:
As an example, let's say your first week’s transactions total $1000, and your second week’s transactions total $1250. If your holdback percentage is 5%, we will hold back $50 from your first check and $62.50 from your second check.

You can also try Segpay.

it depends on the product you sell and where your company is based. You could have multiple different options
CCbill is usually cheaper than Epoch (I already saw 16% commission with epoch..)

Also asTomTheCat wrote, the 60% payout includes most likely the rolling reserve. Between 10-20% are kept for safety reason in order to protect them against chargebacks (if you run away with the funds, they will be liable for it). The reserve is released every 90/120/180 days (it depends on your conditions).
