Best "Self-Help" Books (Motivational)

Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad and Poor Dad
The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco
I also like T. Harv Eker's secrets of the millionaire mind

Hope you all like it and read it too. :D

"Think and Grow Rich" and "Grow Rich with Piece of Mind" both by Napoleon Hill

Also Dan Kennedys Wealth attraction seminar is truly excellent.

i recommend you "the master key system".
But it's more a course then a normal book.
It's splitted in 24 sections, one section per week.
So you need about six months to go through it but it's worth it.

Very good Books. I've been reading some of the suggested. I've started with Pyscho Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz, and I'm enjoying it!

the best i have read have been from Brian Tracy. He teaches you real life application and not theory. His materials not only cover sales but other key aspects of life. You can get most of it in book or audio free at the library.

Some of my favorite:

Eben Pagan's - Wake Up Productive

Currently working through the course but its helped me build a very productive foundation for my days and I'd highly recommend it!

Books:

4 Hour Workweek
Think & Grow Rich
Work the System

I'll add some more later as I look at my library but those are some of them off the top of my head.

I will also second psycho cybernetics, awesome read. Another really good read is the slight edge. Can't remember who its by, but in a nutshell it talks about taking action, and how all the self help books in the world won't do you any good if you don't act. The main point is that small actions(slight edge) repeated over time will have tremendous results, either good or bad. Compares it to compounding interest, which makes pretty good sense. A good example from the book... say if you eat a bunch of greasy fries today, would it kill you? Obviously no. What if you ate them for a week straight? Probably not. But over time, by eating poorly on a consistent basis, it can and will catch up with you.

Now, how does this apply to us? Id like to think that if you're one of those people just reading and not taking action, you should at minimum focus on doing just one small thing towards your business everyday. Put up a site and tell yourself, no matter what, I'm gonna get a 100 comment links everyday, or I'm gonna build 1 web 2.0 property, or I'm gonna do 1 solid sb blast. You get the idea. Now obviously this isn't gonna make you rich in 30 days, probably not even 60 days, by taking action everyday you will see results. Overtime, it will all add up ;)

Dr Johnson - Who Moved My Cheese.... Brilliant Stuff!!!

screw it.... here's a copy! most brilliant piece of motivation writing iv ever read.

+1 for the dip and who moved my cheese - especially when in a slow spot.

The first chapter or 2 of the magic of thinking big usually helps me get a reboot when in a rut.

I'm a little suprised not to see at least a few philosophical books in THE SECRET vain, most of the titles related above are in the success/make money vain.

So here are some metaphysical/quantum physics self help books:

WAYNE DYER (metaphysics)
change your thoughts change your life
excuses begone
the power of intention

DEEPAK CHOPRA(metaphysics)
the book of secrets
syncrodestiny
your higher self

RHONDA BYRNE(metaphysics)
the secret
the power

ESTER AND JERRY HICKS(metaphysics)
ask and it is given
deliberate creation
the vortex

FRED ALAN WOLF(quantum physics)
the users guide to your universe
meet the real creator-you!

Hope this helps,
DP

I would say "the strangest secret in the world" audio by earl nightengale, Think and grow rich, the answer by John assaraf, also a book called the "7 lost secrets of success", and "zero limits". Also les brown has good videos and Tony Robbins too

Brian Tracy-> Goals, How to Get Everything you want, EAt That Frog
Maxwell_maltz-> Psycho Cybernetics
The Richest Man in Babylon

The Secret from Rhonda Byrne, it is the most famous book about LOA from the XXI century.
But the book which changed my life was The Power (also by Rhonda Byrne). It is about LOA but with many secrets. I love it so much and I read it in a daily basis.
And the best book to me, is the Bible.
