As a piece of advice I suggest you to take care where you place your links especially after Pinguin update. Blast money site only to EDU AA and/or High PR and use the rest of the AA list to blast to your 2tier and other backlinks.
 
You can search for some tutorials to scrape and harvest the lists yourself. It's always better to get your hands dirty at first.
You can also outsource 'em from a lot of members of this forum who provide quality lists. Search in the service category. :)
 
I don't get why people buy sb list :D

When you can simply harvest it using software that you already have like "SB"

Time is money. Why to lose a couple of hours to harvest,test,remove porn/duplicates, check ********, check edu for a list when for a couple of bucks you get one at your fingertips in less than a minute ?!

Well said. I realize it's in your best interest to say so, however, it's most definitely true. Lots of people simply have no clue of the value of time. It is the great equalizer. No matter how rich or poor you may be, you get the same 24 hours in a day as everyone else. Using it wisely is the most under-rated key to success.

the best scrapebox list provider is you (if you have SB and time to use it effectively). Building up your own list of targeted urls to blast that isn't shared with anyone else is the ideal way to use it effectively. If you can't however, then search for "autoapprove lists" here on BHW, and check the various sellers threads out, read the reviews, and make your own decisions :)

Well its not about time but also quality if you harvest your own list and then post on them not only they would specifically targeting your niche since being more relevant but also wouldnt be exploited as the list given by these sellers
 
i harvest my own lists, but as i work non-english niches, i need improve with autoapprove lists, .edu, etc, for it i ask about a sb list provider. in reviews all are good, but in work, all can't be the same.
i want the best

You need to do your own due diligence on this, as I don't subscribe to any of them currently.
 
Keep an eye out for sellers that simply compile publicly shared lists and resell them. You are going to be placing your website on pages with thousands upon thousands of blog comments.

I welcome you to take a look at my Scrapebox lists (see signature) which I've been providing here on BHW for the last year. They are built monthly using fresh Google harvests, meaning much lower OBL count on AA pages.
 
ScrapeboxList does the job for me. Other than that, I use to harvest more than buying a list as they all are shared somehow.
 
There is one reason to buy lists,TIME.Yes you can scrape your own,however,by buying lists you save a bucketload of time.If time is not important then by all means scrape your own but it's hard work.You only want to post to guaranteed AA blogs with pr,this means firstly harvesting blogs,then posting to them with a fake website then checking for backlinks then checking pr then using your own sites to post to.
If you're doing it yourself rip comments from spammed pages and use them as keywords.It's amazing how little people spin their own comments.

Looking for trackbacks lists made for real? PM me. I'm doing this for over 9 months now.

I would add that many anonymous sellers and websites that sell lists on a monthly bases, are just buying lists and resell them. Do your homework. You will find that many are banned from different forums ;)
