Why most proxy services offer GB limited services recently ?

because bandwidth costs money - no proxie sellers will do unlimited BW proxies
for peanuts while there bandwidth is sucked dry

Hard to find but there's some expensive ones in the market (flipnode for example), all mainstream providers ask for a GB based payment because that's way more profitable.
