best responsive bootstrap3 theme..?

my client needs a website similar in design to optimizepress dot com
I need your suggestions that which responsive theme would be best for this kind of website...?

my requirement is ;

- theme should be ultra responsive and minimal (very light weight)
- should be easy to modify
- bootstrap3


i just found a list of top responsive themes 2013.. but dont know which one to choose..

Hey that's my blog =)

The only good bootstrap 3 one I can find is: Angle Flat Responsive Bootstrap MultiPurpose Theme

I thought this was perfect for you, but when I ran GTmetrix on it I lost a bit of my excitement. It would probably be fine with some caching in place though.

one more thing, i have checked the theme on gtmetrix.. and stats are very good;

Page load time: 1.39s
Total page size: 157KB
Total number of requests: 9


whats bad about this theme..? i think its super fast...!
