Best Resources for capable and affordable VA's

Hi Community.

Does anyone have a reputable resource, website, or individual they can refer me to when it comes to hiring a VA?
The scope of work is a repetitive step-by-step instruction on spinning existing articles and including different images. They would be granted contributor status to my WP site.

I've tried hiring per article - but at the current cost; I'm forecasting about $17,500 in article freelancers before I earn a single dollar in revenue, it's a shit business model. I need to focus on other aspects of building my money site, article writing is just 1/3 f that process - I need to hire a VA who can follow the one, two, three's that I've outlined in a PDF instruction document. I estimate that the VA could spin approximately 10-15 articles within a 6 hour work day, and eventually improve on that.

I'm open to suggestions community. This is my first kick at the can, and I can be successful at this - I just need a little guidance and mentor-ship. I've got all the tools and qualities it takes to get this up and running.

I can help you with wp posting while spinning an articles but not good with article writing, if you need VA's for article posting including image and spinning articles then i can do it.
