Good Morning, I would like to know what are the reliable CPM networks that we can work with for smartlink and pop ads. And Also which traffic are safe to avoid banning. Thank you

Sorry but this screams propellerads to me, they have a good flow of traffic to sell, are reliable in the sense that it's an established company and they can do pop ads :)

Thank I would like to have advices on safe traffic ads ( no spammy or bot traffic )to use if you can help me?
