SerpBook is very popular and you will find that a lot of the people selling SEO here will use it too. I'm also a fan of it.

In terms of a free option, MicroSite Masters is pretty good for those who don't want to spend any money. You can also track up to 10 keywords with the free version.

try web ceo it allows you to track up to 6 keywords but it allows you to create a cool report with a logo and everything looks profesional and its free

I have been using SERanking and it's good.....but I am interested to see all the other recommendations here. You can't really know how good one service is until you try the competitors and see the different functionalities in action. They all seem to offer different limits (eg, domains, keywords, competitors)....
