AccuRanker is far the best, the fastest, and the cheapest Ranker checker of all time. a few thousands keywords only takes 2-3 minutes. And they allow you to update your keywords on demand, no reason to wait another 24 hour to see your result.
 
I have used serpbuddy for the last 12 months and it's very good IMHO.
 
Tested several variants of those that advise guys. Each system has its drawbacks. If you need to rank tracking in real time, it is best to Rankinity, there are a lot of filters, comparing competitors.
 
My vote goes for SERPbook, pretty decent interface, updates several times a day, nice export functions, graphs for all terms, pretty much all you need from a rank tracker.
