Best Push Notification Ad Network.

Hello.
I am looking for good Push Notification ad network, currently i checked propush.me but its totally trash, made for them 40 subs from USA/Canada and didnt get even single penny for that, they advertisement their site by CPS model, but to enable it user have to get first 5K subs daily for 3 days
othervise working on CPM model... but nvm about it.
Do you guys know any other Push Notification ad netowrk which you can recommend?

There s tons of work with that and the chance of success with that is quite small, pro push me could be good, but to get CPS model, you have to get 5000subs per day, joke...

Noone knows any?
