does anyone know any high quality psychological book that explains how to get inside another person's mind, to make them do what you want them to do? with good intentions, where they also feel better and improve their lives by doing what you suggested.

My suggestion would be:

Never Split The DIfference
The Like Switch
Flipnosis

All of them have really good points in them on influencing people.

What you want is unethical. No matter your intentions.
Even though you can try hypnosis or whatever you want to call it, it will fire back one way or the other if you don't have the consent of the other.

Dale Breckenridge Carnegie: "How to Win Friends and Influence People" -- classical book, a good one

“The Secret” - Rhonda Byrne,Hopefully it helped you.

As an easy introduction try 'Don't Shoot the Dog' by Karen Pryor. Despite the title it focuses mainly on human behaviour and how through positive interactions you can get more of the behaviour you would like from someone.

In terms of marketing I would suggest "The Art Of Thinking Clearly" by Rolf Dobelli, it has a lot of things written there about our psychology, which can be practically used in IM.
If we are talking about exact person, for example, any of your friends I think it is useless to try to change their mindset, I mean you can try to help them out and support, but if person does not want to do anything you talk or want them to do - it's quite useless to even try because at the end of the day he will be doing thing that he wants and thing that drives him. If you want to motivate person to get into something you think is useful for him - it's just waste of your time. In my opinion you can only give them some useful links, info and if they will want to do things - they will do it. Elon Musk once said "if you need inspirational words to do it - don't do it". And I think it is absolutely true.
