Fighting force was really a legendary hidden gem for it's time and the release date is shocking: 1997

I tried to play it or like it but always failed. I don't know what is so appealing about Final Fantasy series.
Maybe because I could never play strategy/mmoRPG games etc.? That is just not my style.

Something like this happened to me with Skyrim 5. I tried like 3 or 4 time but I could never stick long enough to finish it despite of theoretically be one of the best also.
Games are like colors, but for those who liked FF7 it has become a GOAT. It a little like white or black or you love it or you feel indifference, nothing in between
