Which is the best paid VPN or proxy tool available in the market . Price not an issue but it should work 100% in hiding the Original IP and can change it's IP whenever I need it to do so . Also It should have proxies from almost every part of the world where there are Computers.

Reply fast guys it's very urgent , already wasted 6 hours searching for it !

Lot of people are using HMA VPN, but almost all VPN will keep you safe.

Safe from leaking the ips... and I have yet to find any big VPN providers who dont keep logs.. even those say in features "No Logs" actually keep the log files and mention this in TOS... unless you get the VON from Russia or even better get a dedi from Russia and setup a VPN then you will be safe.. still you cant be 100% safe

If one has a paypal account, is it wise to have HMA for a vpn? It's common knowledge that you would have problems with your paypal account if your ip keeps changing, and from my understanding HMA seems to change the IP address everytime you log on. HMA should have an option to reuse the same IP in situations when needed, as for managing your paypal account, or change when needed. Or maybe it does and I'm unaware. Any advice on this would be appreciated, thanks.

Hotspotshield should do the trick for you.
Or maybe try cyberghost, their free vpn gives 1gb a month, should be enough.
