Your choices boil down to high quality residential proxies or mobile proxies. Between the two, it depends on scale which one to get. If you're leaning into automation or managing volume, you'll want to get mobile proxies. IP rotation helps a lot for that on top of it. Residential proxies are a solid pick for lower-scale and primarily manual operations. Datacenter and any kind of VPN should even be up for debate when it comes to monetisation on Facebook.

For now, I think your best option is to use a mobile proxy, more importantly, find a provider that is highly reliable and reputable.

We are using AdsPower, their prices are good, and they have many sales throughout the year. But in these 2 months, we have had many technical issues with them, so you should consider more and ask for a detailed warranty when buying here
We used Dolphin for a while, but dropped it because the interface was not suitable for us to use, the price is the same for AdsPower, and the quality seems stable
GenLogin has good prices for small businesses, but we have not tried it. You can put it on the test list

In my opinion, it is a mobile proxy, because it simulates a real user more, it will reduce the rate of account suspension or verification, but it will cost a lot when needing large capacity if you use it to advertise regularly.

I’ve tried pretty much everything, and mobile proxies are hands down the safest choice right now. The difference in trust score when using real carrier IPs is huge. Datacenter IPs? Instant red flags. Pairing mobile proxies with an anti-detect browser like GoLogin or AdsPower has been a game-changer for keeping my BMs and ad accounts stable. Definitely worth the extra setup!
