Best proxy technique for creating Web2.0

So I'm starting to create about 30 web2.0 sites and I want to use a proxy.

What are the dos and don'ts?

This is to create a linking structure and I don't want to be penlized or have my web2.0 deleted because I'm using the same IP...

Any info on the subject would be awesome! Thanks!

no problem making 30 web 2.0 with 1 ip.

i did it an nearly all .. never had problems

Yeah I agree with this. But if your looking for a free solution, just download hotspotshield. It's free. then connect to it to change your IP everytime you create Web 2.0's.

How many web2.0s would you start to need proxies with?

Also this is for one niche, one week.

Next week I'm making new web2.0s again and next week again and again so on.. Will I start to need proxies then? Especially when returning to the same Web2.0 properties to make different blogs?
