I am not going to talk down scrapebox as it can be used to find proxies in a pinch but to get continuous supply of proxies for tools you need to be constantly checking and outputting proxies which I am sure is either laborious or not possible with SB.

Proxy Goblin has not been updated in over a year and half and is not even for sale anymore, its effectiveness is basically 0 right now for finding scraping proxies. [EDIT] Its actually more than 2 years since last update

No Hands Proxies is updated often and has the freshest sources of any proxy tool. There is one alternative in my mind and its method of checking all proxies in the list before outputting the list of proxies means the proxy list is up to hours old before you get to use it where NHP is checked and output at regularly intervals (even as often as every minute). </plug>

Ok that last sentence is an obvious plug but Proxy Goblin is not worthy as being considered as a proxy harvester today as it just does not work well so you will waste more time on it than you will get usable proxies.

for Scraping purpose you can use those scanned or scrapped free IPs if google passed.

And for Posting backlinks,managing accounts etc go with Private proxies for sure.
 
HMA and hideipvpn is good for me!
 
Outsource it and just buy a proxy subscription delivered to you daily/hourly.
