Best proxy service to use with hrefer?

For those of you that use hrefer, have you found a proxy service that works well for you? So far I've been using free proxy lists but it's a real pain, and still incredibly slow.

Thanks for the tip. I've added some to the list already but I'll try adding a bunch more and see what happens.
