I use no hands proxy it very good and has loads of features and updated regular...
I also had proxy goblin but it dead know all gone ....
3rdly the best proxy i have ever come across is the gsa ranker free proxy's in there program but unfortunately no idea where there from.

scraped proxies have limited use ide agree , but they still have some minor use
dont bash them down to make yourself look good, makes u look desperate

because not everyone can afford private proxies not everyone can afford monthly fees
for some they have to go with what they can afford. what might be cheap to you may
not be cheap tot them
