I'm wondering about a good way to go about using proxies. Anyone care to share the way they do it?

I want to use paid proxies--don't want to waste time finding and testing a ton of proxies all the time.

Currently I use my proxybonanza to scrape in scrapebox, then the same ones to run those through the blog analyzer add-on.

However, this takes a ton of bandwidth and can get expensive... so I'm thinking of using a service with unlimited bandwidth like yourprivateproxy. I currently have an account with them, but I use that for posting and creating various 2.0/forum profiles. The idea behind this was to not burn out the proxies used for posting+account creation.

I'm thinking maybe I can upgrade the YPP account to get more proxies and split them between harvesting + posting. But is this a bad idea since they would be sharing a similar subnets?

What has worked and what has NOT worked for you guys?

thanks

Hello Grimey,
Do you subscribed 10 private proxy (28 $) for scrapebox?
I think that i begin to take them in future ...
What is your experience about them?

It works, it's fast. However, I'm getting some IP banned results from forum signups..

Anyone care to share how they use their proxies?

Hello Grimey,

Do you think to use a vps, dedicated server with self integrated proxies ?
Many people say that is cheaper in long period. For now I don't know to make the install.
There are posts about this subject.
Perhaps do you read it (I remember it's on unix system, I believe but not sure...).
