Residential proxies are the best for Youtube in my opinion so it's your best bet.

Sorry, But What do you mean "to create and manage a YouTube channel"? You dont need a proxy (dont know what a proxy is) to create a youtube channel, you can create one right on youtube, its really easy.

The problem is residential proxies are priced based on bandwidth and watching youtube videos consumes lots of bandwidth.

yes but it's static and if you want 100 times with same IP you will no get views
