best proxy for Unlimited IPs & Bandwidth

Hello everyone, Right now i am using VIP72, as you know vip72 is closed. so i was searching for alternatives, already checked BHW proxy section but most of the resident proxy are GB DATA limit or proxy limit. i need around 3000 proxys per month and i have budget 50$. I can maximize budget till 80$. Would you share which proxy should i choose which dont have Data or IPs.
I have used 911 but its not worth it. cost too much
