I am not even using proxies for such.
Overall, I am very happy with the proxies provided by newipnow.com - and the 50 % BHW bonus they are offering.

I've used MPP (MyPrivateProxies) in the past and I've not had a single issue with them. They are very good proxies for SB (although, you probably need to specify on the order page what you want the proxies for, they might need this info to give you proxies that work specifically with SB), but the problem (at least for me) is that they're pretty expensive. I think I paid $12 / month for 5 proxies or something, so I couldn't afford paying more than a few months (I didn't have a lot of money at that time).
This being said, if you'll take a look at the proxies sections in the marketplace you will see some really good deals. I checked a few months ago and I saw 2 offers that I really liked: 1 of them was $10 / month for 10 proxies, and the other one was like $8 / month for 25 proxies. Really good deals when compared to MPP, and they said these proxies work with SB, so you might want to go with these offers instead

Here’s an advice but it may not help you directly. Don’t think in terms of scrapebox or [insert your tool name here].
All of those tools make http requests. If you generalise your search a bit, and only search for good proxies (4g proxies for example), you will get better result.
Just my two cents being an old c*nt.
