Id recommend 4G mobile proxies with rotation theyve worked better for me than datacenter ones Most static IPs get flagged really fast on IG these days
I have found two Instagram account creator sellers.
One is selling accounts that were created in 2012-2013 without SMS verification.
He only sends me email address and email password and I have to reset password for each account and log in and then I am directly asked for date of birth because nobody has logged in to these accounts.
Email account is only active for 3 days
Another seller can create new accounts with my German mobile proxy but he uses Indian numbers for sms verification. He sends me username, password, e-mail address and password and e-mail account is active for 3 months - if sms verification is needed within 24 hours then he does it for free.
What do you recommend, which one is better?
It is important that the accounts have a good trust score, I want to buy 500 accounts for my phone farm and then use them for Instagram automations. I have my own mobile proxy with real German SIM cards.
All accounts will of course be warmed up for 2-3 weeks before they start with tasks

Would suggest dedicated residential proxies or mobile proxys if you don't want to risk getting banned.
I've tried every single method, this one works best.
If you also want to be mega safe, use a anti-detect browser to cover your fingerprints

For account creation, you would have to look into 4G rotating proxy. Those are ones that allow you to get a new IP once you request a rotate.

mobile 4G proxies still best for ig mass creation, but u need clean subnets, not reused trash. rotate by session not timer, keep each acc isolated. don't reuse IPs that been flagged. avoid datacenter, even residentials get hit now. about a provider - you should check the Proxies section @ bhw marketplace.
You’ll want to use a dedicated rotating mobile proxy and pair it with a good antidetect browser. Just don’t create too many accounts at once because IG catches on fast. Make sure your whole setup is solid because proxies are only one part of the equation.

Yeah, good advice. The phone based proxies have the fingerprints of real mobile devices which adds a lot of quality
Yes that and dongles have a very limited amount of IP addresses, as carriers can see they are dongles and basically only assign them very few and they are typically dirty IPs as well which is crazy for 4G.

No, this is not accurate. Using dongles don't impact how carriers asign IPs. Social platforms are impacted, but not that much as well.
I used to own a dongle farm, and I was limited to the same 32 IPs in a big city. Had many different dongle models, plugged same sim into real devices and had access to countless.

You need to configure your dongles correctly and then you will have all subnets and ips same as mobile devices. With switching between params you can even access business subnets that gets assigned to business clients only.
And about fingerprints - nowadays most of providers know how to change fingerprints on dongles so thats that. And tbh very small percentage of sites cares about those fingerprints, instagram isnt one of them.
To OP: For instagram creation ip type doesnt matter as much as device, networking stack and previous history of device ids. its quite a complicated stuff and if your first question is about which proxy to use, i would suggest even not go any futher and just buy your accounts
