Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I was wondering if anybody could tell me which proxy is best for posting on craigslist? If not the best one, which ones do you guys use? Thanks a bunch!!!

Hey I sell proxies that you can use to post on Craigslist. I've been posting on craigslist for over 2 years.

check my thread out http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/proxies-sale/50203-exclusive-u-s-worldwide-proxies-7-day-trial-pva-ebook-view-count-lol.html.

enjoy!

The best proxy in terms of price/ad or time/ad ?

A few possible solutions:
* Tor , free, slowest and will give alot of failures when trying to post
* rogue "public" proxies, free, not really legal, usually banned if the proxy is not very fresh
* Cloakfish, cheap for the number of IPs you can utilize, will give mixed results
* A private proxy, costs about 2$ per IP. Fastest solution but requires PVA's

Take your pick, try to get a general overview before ordering.
Even here on the forum you'll find sellers with very different prices.

Ah sweet, thanks :) I purchased a Cloakfish license but it seems to move super-slow and time out a lot. Maybe it's just a bad day for it hehe. I'll continue to try this until I come up with something a little better. Thanks again everyone :)

Let me know and I can help you out with some high speed proxies for you. My proxies are broadband speed. :)

Since when Private proxy's requires PVA?

Proxies will NOT work on Craigslist anymore.

Craigslist keeps a list of known proxies in the database. (They must have servers the size of entire city blocks with all the info they store.) If you go to IPrental.com or strongVPN.com you can sign up for things that will work but are not free. The best way to post a lot of ads and stay under the radar is by changing your IP address often. If you have a cable/ broadband connection most IP changers work great for this. Go to uneeksoftware.com for a great software you can use. If you want to learn ALL the tips, tricks and secrets how to post all the ads you want on craigslist including how to create your own professional animated clickable image ads using Free software go to AwesomeCLPostingTricks.com.

You still not Banned? :23:

AFter a 15 day trial with cloakfish I didn't renew. WAY too slow and my experience was that CL pretty much knew about those proxies. TOR is a joke imho.
I've just started dabbling in CL and decided to fork out a very minimal amount of money to do it right.

1 - Paid $35 (per month) for 10 PRIVATE proxies at packetflip. You can go cheaper with fewer. The owner is a member here but I don't think he has anything in the services forum. Just go to packetflip.c0m

2 - Bought 10 PVA's from tommysc. Great service, super fast.

Now all I have to do is figure out how to make a few bucks with it all.

On autorotation it can not to bad at all, withotu autorotation it can take a while to get good speed.
I'm sure you could have had a better experience, if you had taken a bit more time or let me show you the stuff through teamviewer!

If you got the money and no requirements for high anonymity then a private proxy is a better solution for many things.
Cloakfish is just another product than a private proxy. Less performance than a private proxy of course (those are run in 100mbps servers) but more IPs and selectable by City, lots of dynamic IPs and highest quality of IP anonymity.
Just use it for the right purpose ;)

About CL:
I've two professional Craigslist posters using Cloakfish, last response I got from one is that he has > 90% stick rate on Craigslist through NON-PVA IPs of Cloakfish in the jobs section.

Ghosting is most times a reason of content, not the IP.
PVA requirements are IP related.

myzone:
It's a guaranteed thing, even if you have an IP range that are unbanned. Use them on Craigslist and you'll be PVA banned pretty soon even if you only utilize 10% of a class C and post once per 48 hours per IP.

Private proxies will get soft blocked usually but I had some good exeriances in the last months. If you keep posting 1 ad per ip daily they don't ban you so fast anymore. Anyway it couldf't been a glich in there system :)

I've seen both tornado, it's really a bit strange.
I've recently had a class C that was banned after 2 days. Only 20 or 30 ads posted with it (unghosted, little flagged)
And another one survived for 3 months which was used a LOT more.

As long as I don't see a very good explanation I'll say: it's fucking random !
After all everyone ordering a private proxy should simply accept the fact to be or soon be soft-banned from CL. Otherwise it might be an unexpected outcome once it happens.

I am change my IP every post and never asked for account or PVA... I am never using same C class IP's. If I am post in NY my IP is NY IP, if I am post in LA my IP is LA IP.... ;)

Try and post with an auto poster and see how that works :) Anyway you are doing a lot of manual work :)

One question -

If I have a PVA and dynamic IP will my PVA get banned? I am from India - if I get PVA and use it with proxy can i post without getting banned? I mean to say- if every time my proxy changes.

myzona: as mrtornado already pointed out: what you do sounds like small scale posting.
When doing a real cl campaign you need to use IPs from the same class C.
An exception would be a botnet proxy service, but using that for CL would be stupid.

keizer: Yes your PVA will get banned, that happens regularly and is the base for a good business of the PVA creators ;)
What you can do is to use US ips when connecting and don't post more than once per 48 hours per account + don't create cross links.
After all: the more you post the more likely you'll loose a bunch of accounts from time to time.

I am post with macro (Automate) about 100-150 ad's per day. FoxyProxy change my IP according posting URL (URL Patterns). Last time I am post manually when I need to get rid off my old refrigerator :D - 15 min. and it's gone

Use same class C IP for spamming? OK good luck. :23:

Botnets...ummm..:D:D:D:D What do you know about botnets? Don't even start ...

Actually I ran one of the first botnets that ever existed, back in that time the name "botnet" didn't even exist yet as no one had a clue it exists.

I guess you use one, it's the only way to get hundreds of different class-c's without (admin)acess to a large dialup/dsl ISP.
Using a botnet as proxy is like asking for jail, I'd never risk that for the relatively small money you can make through craigslist. No matter how you do it, hundreds of abused botnet IPs per day means trouble sooner or later.
