Best proxies to create accounts?

what about services like 2captcha? if the proxy rotates they won't have same ip
yea but if the proxy rotates at every requests services like rucaptcha won't have the same IP as creation and accounts will be flagged as suspicious

Nope. You haven’t read what I’ve written. You rotate it after an account is created. Not after every request.

For social accounts both are good option
How would you decide to rotate them after an account is created? They either rotate at every request or rotate after 30 seconds or 1 minute. If you use multiple threads on a bot for example, in 30 seconds you can create tens of accounts from the same IP

"They" who are they? The automated software? Usually, every automation tool has an option to rotate with API after each account is created.
Well, you need to create 1 account with 1 proxy at one time. If you want to create more accounts simultaneously, you need more proxies. As simple as that

4g proxies are best suited for this. You can use residential proxies too, of course. They are cheaper, but slower and slightly less reliable.

Just use your phone, put it to airplane mode to rotate IPs & 4G and get "Frost" or "SlimSocial" from F-Droid https://f-droid.org/en/

As others have said, I also agree that definitely the usage of 4g is best used for account creation.
