Best Proxies Rated

At the moment, what is the best cost/benefit proxys for creating a ecosystem of Twitter accounts? Old, but haven't posted anything in 12 years.
Considering that I am in Brazil, I was looking for 4g proxies, but they are too expensive for creating a dozens or even hundreds of accounts in a ecosystem. Is there worth buying quality proxies that have some chance of keeping the accounts up or should I look for teh old-fashiong way of buying thousends of accounts with poor, cheap proxies?
Consering the first option, what is the specifications that I should look on good proxies for Twitter that have a good cost/benefit rate?

If you haven't used it in a while IP shouldn't be an issue except if you have been playing around on your present IP.

Twitter has anew owner now and it's X.com so no worries

Residential will be your best cheap option
4g will be your better quality option.

because setting all that up is very expensive and if theres no clear ROI to be seen, I do not see many people going for it.

Elon isn't going to allow that. That's what they've been working hard to get rid of.

For creating multiple accounts, I'd say go for 4G proxies. The IP rotation they provide is a massive plus for creating accounts through different residential IPs. Assuming you've got your browser setup, you'll be good to go with that.
