for Uploading, I thought you used to need proxies but recently I haven't been using any proxies at all and it seems the same as when I used proxies...

It depends on what you are trying to do on youtube. For uploading, squid proxies or anything similar to high anon proxies will work just fine. If you are trying to comment on channels/vids then it gets a bit more complicated and only open proxies have worked for me so far.

I'm interested in this as well, is HMA VPN good for uploading? I've been trying several elite proxies but instantly got banned after uploading. Might be because they were datacenter proxies.
