give it a shot. some people have success doing cpa fraud.
imo the time it takes to setup & scale, you may as well do a regular campaign and learn something useful.
the advertiser will see none of your leads are converting on the back and and kick you off the offer because they're not making a profit.
the 1 person i met doing it big said main obstacle is dialing in that 1 offer where advertiser is asleep behind the wheel and paying you out no matter what quality is of your leads.
question is how many networks will you get banned from before finding it. there's only so many big networks to play with.
