Yea and he will be back on 2 min later doing the same thing again. Thats why I said watch out for people who contact you. In my opinion the people who are legit dont have to contact you you would have to go looking for them.

being honest if i see noobs sign up to
promote there sites in proxies i report
them - rules are clear - no sales thread
no links.
and that rule is clearly posted by bigbuddy
so they cant complain.
