Seems a bit hard to actually find the answer to this question.

Who is the best provider of HR views?

I have a source for low retention, but my understanding is that hurts youtube rankings, right?

Im wondering too . . . 5-6 of the providers I used from here recenlty have got to crap.
Views either no delivered or removed within sameday
