Best Project Management Software

I am looking for a good project management software or website. Can anyone suggest a good one. I would prefer a website one so I do not have to get the whole group to download the software.

I would like to be able to set up timelines, and be able to set individuals to different portions of the project.

It used to be vee**tro and they improved/modified it recently , change the branding and so far so good.
