Best Programming + Cybersec books?

Hello BHW!

I had posted another thread regarding learning intermediate programming and beyond, and I came to the conclusion that I definitely need to start reading, and that reading can be 100x more beneficial for learning than watching videos. So this begs the question: What are the best books for learning Programming and Computer Science (JavaScript, Python) as well as learning Cybersecurity? I'm going to head to university for Cybersecurity starting the next fall semester, and I want to start learning right now and get CompTIA certificates while in college over the next few summers before graduation. Comp sci and cybersec genuinely interests me, and has since I was about 13, and I want to become really good at them both, so it's very important to me to find the best resources for learning.

Any good book recommendations, BHW?

I'm not sure how many programmers are around here, but what I do when I have such specific questions is do a query like "what are the best books for learning phyton reddit" on Google. Then I look at the reddit thread and use common sense to determine the best answer.
