Best program/tool for noobs???

I am looking for programs too.
Looking to get site ranked 1, a program to build content, post and need a program to send real/fake traffic.
Is there a method to have program send traffic and auto click an ad for them?

Method I know is direct linking a landing page after purchasing targeted traffic or ppc for viewers to click

OP you don't need to do much link buidling for local seo, it's not the same as global seo.
Think of local seo as regional sites, they are not going to get thousands of visitors a day
like a global site can. Google knows this and tons of backlinks causes a red flag.

I would order citations from the BHW marketplace and add your site to service directories.
 
If you're new to these tools, best to outsource this work to the expert to manage for you
