Best Program to track Link Exchanges?

Hi guys

I'm just getting into Link Exchange and I was wondering what the best software available is for tracking that links are still valid, that the other site still has your link on it etc.

Appreciate any help, thanks always given

Just thought I'd bump this as I'd really like to know if anyone has any thoughts on what is available and which is best.
