Xsite pro works great if you have content, you can just flow it in and xsite pro makes the pages and nav for you as you do. You can make $1 a day sites in a day and just keep chugging away

lol, I agree with all of the hardcore coders, you can't beat hand code. I use a proggy called textpad, it's shareware but there are ways to extend your trial. It has a good library of code and is great for markup.

Expression web is great if you are planning on a really simple OR graphics heavy site, drag & drop

Dreamweaver, I have always found to be very cumbersome, but that's because I hand code, nothing will EVER come close to the control you have.

my 2c

the biggest problem i have with dreamweaver, and im sure its not a problem if you work with it a lot, but i dont because when ever i edit a dw made page by hand i manage to break the DW templates...

photoshop if u need a header or any other images, coding in dreamweaver such as CSS, PHP, HTML, etc..

if your pro, use notebook lol

Another for Dreamweaver. Have used for the last 5 years and although its a gradual learning process it will pay you back 10 fold.

I've just moved over to using Expression Engine for some bloggy sites an its great. Its easy to use templating engine blows wordpress, joomla, drupal out the water - not cheap though

http://craigbuilder.com Very easy to use, comes with templates you can modify from within the app or you can integrate your own templates.

All two of your posts are promoting your product(s). I'm sending havok your way. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is not the way to do things around here.

Id say Dreamweaver is probably the easiest if you want something all in one
