Need best free program to create good Thumbnails on Youtube.

There is a method to get photoshop for free forever. I cant post links yet, but you can do a google search. Your looking for a cracked amtlib.dll file that makes your remaining days in the trail a giant integer that takes millions of years for it to expire.
 
You can get photoshop for free if you know where to look. Probably the best way to go but if you need something free and easy, download Canva app for your mobile. They got amazing templates, filters and sizes.
 
And if ur having trouble making one you can always steal them from youtube or google and change the md5 just in case.

Im using photoshop. I have saved template.. so i just open it and in 10s is thumbnail done.
 
I have been using the free canvas version for several years now.
