i want name and link downlaod of best program of VPN (all country + free version)
PS: i don't want free vpn
please give me all of them

I use Hidemyads. Unlike other VPN services, HMA works on any device you like. Including internet enabled TVs and games consoles. You can even use it on two devices at the same time
It cost me about $6/month.

You can use hotspot shield free version but they all have limitations. If you want quality you have to pay. Cracked version may be available on the net of some vpn softwares. But most of the time cracked version contains malware.

Free VPN's are pretty ... shady? Just get a cheap VPS and install a VPN tunnel on it.
 
I found in one of the sites links shortcut that the price of 100 views from Kuwait is worth a dollar
and I want kuwait's vpn to Action Strategy Visit Links with Change vpn every time

And you need a VPN only for that purpose? If yes, you can stop looking now. Even if you find a service which offers Kuwait, there won't be more than one or two ips, so you can send a whopping one or two views. lol
You won't get a new ip with disconnect/reconnect, you'll get the same one or two ips every time with these commercial, shared VPN solutions.

Proxies won't help either, because the price for that many proxies - if you can find that many from Kuwait (i doubt it) - will surpass your profit for sure.
Dedicated VPNs cost 3-4 times more than dedicated private proxies, so it's not good either.

tl;dr You won't be able to make a profit.
