It depends on what all you wish to do. I must say, Davinci Resolve Studio has been game changing for me. They just released version 20, and it is incredible. It has all of the features that CapCut has (I see that it was mentioned multiple times) plus more. Learning how to do everything yourself rather than relying solely on LUTs and other basic parametres will help you in the long run, especially if you want to use it professionally in the future. CapCut is expensive and embeds its software in your device to an insane extent. It si very bloated. Also, it is limited in its export options. It is a fine place to start, but you might as well look at the cracked version onn Android or for any other video editing apps online at that.
