The "best" in most cases is pretty subjective, so getting one that's reliable is a good baseline for quality. That said, 4G proxies alongside those programs is typically the most effective way to go about it.

I'm using Jarvee, there is a lot of feature available (bulk campaign, account actions automations...), it works like a charm
